1. Scope
General terms and conditions apply to all orders and deliveries between RedOwl Craft and its customers through the online store. www.redowlcraft.ro.
2. Order processing, contract conclusion, quantity limit.
2.1. Order processing
You can select the details of each individual product by clicking on the pictures or text that accompany them. The product you select can be purchased by placing it in the shopping cart. By accessing the "place order" button, registered customers can log in to their account using the username and password with which they registered. Customers who do not have a RedOwl Craft account, can register now or opt to continue shopping without creating a customer account. In this case, the customer will need to enter their address and billing and delivery details on the next page. By clicking the "Place Order" button, the order has been registered and your intention to continue shopping is fulfilled.
2.2. Contract conclusion
The commercial contract is concluded and takes effect when the delivery/shipment is made, in case the payment will be made reimbursed upon receipt of the parcel.
2.3. Conclusion of the contract in case of advance payment (payment by credit card or bank transfer)
When the payment method chosen by you is by credit card or bank transfer, the contract is considered concluded once the payment details are sent. Proof of payment will be sent to RedOwl Craft at the e-mail address: office@redowlcraft.ro. If, after 7 days, it is found that payment has not been made, the order is automatically canceled.
2.4. Quantity limit
The products presented are sold in normal quantities for domestic use and only to persons of legal age to enter into legal transactions.
3. Prices and transportation costs
All prices include the corresponding VAT and other price elements. What else you need to take into account is the transportation tax if applicable (delivery tax).
Pentru comenzi cu valoare mai mare de 250 lei livrarea este gratuita, pentru comenzi cu o valoare mai mica de 250 lei se taxeaza un cost fix de transport de 19,9 lei pentru fiecare comanda.
4. Delivery
If there is no other mention in the correspondence, the delivery period is between 2-3 working days from the moment of finalization of the order in case of refund payment or from the proof of payment by bank transfer or credit card payment.
In cazul in care RedOwlCraft nu poate livra produsele comandate deoarece chiar RedOwlCraft nu le are disponibile in stoc, RedOwlCraft se poate retrage din contract sau va informa imediat clientul si ii va propune un nou termen de livrare sau un produs similar. Livrarile nu includ taxe vamale in afara UE
If products are damaged in transit, you should contact RedOwl Craft customer service as soon as possible. If the customer fails to notify RedOwl Craft Craft of damage during transportation, this will have no effect on the customer's statutory warranty rights.
Pentru a livra comenzile primite in mod optim, RedOwlCraft transmite adresa de e-mail si numarul de telefon al clientului (daca este oferit) catre compania de transport aferenta. Aceasta transmitere este o parte obligatorie a relatiei contractuale cu RedOwlCraft. De aceea, clientii nu au dreptul de a alege sau obiecta in acest sens.
5. Right of withdrawal
Clientii care sunt consumatori RedOwlCraft au dreptul de a se retrage in termen de 14 zile. Un consumator este orice persoana fizica care participa la o tranzactie legala pentru un scop care nu poate fi conectat cu activitatea lui profesionala comerciala sau independenta. 5.1 Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract, without giving reasons, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you take physical possession of the last good.
Pentru a putea manifesta dreptul de anulare trebuie sa ne anuntati la office@redowlcraft.com. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by e-mail. In order to respect the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
5.2 Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will refund any amount we have received from you, including delivery costs no later than 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make this refund using the same method of payment as used for the original transaction. Dispatch the goods without undue delay and within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal we will refund the amount. We may postpone the refund until the date we receive back the goods, which must be in the same condition in which they were delivered.

6. Property rights
Products remain the property of RedOwl Craft until full payment is received. Prior to change of ownership, p pledging, transfer of ownership by way of security, processing are not permitted without RedOwl Craft approval.
7. Warranty and liability
Legal warranty provisions apply. RedOwl Craft is not responsible for the consequences of improper use of the objects. RedOwl Craft objects must not be subjected to shock and must be protected from moisture, fire or high temperatures.
8. Methods of payment and coupons
8.1. Modalitati de plata
Plata pentru produsele achizitionate in magazinul redowlcraft.ro poate fi facuta prin card bancar Visa sau Mastercard, prin transfer bancar sau ramburs la primirea comenzii. La finalizarea procesului de comanda veti putea selecta metoda de plata dorita. RedOwlCraft isi rezerva dreptul de a accepta doar anumite metode de plata in functie de caz si de modalitatea de livrare aleasa de client. Plata prin trimitere de cecuri sau numerar (prin posta) nu este posibila.
8.2. Payment by bank card

10. Final considerations
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall not be affected.
