The Mandala contains elements that suggest the Trilogy: Virgin, Mother, and Crone. The Virgin represents the beginning, expansion, new beginnings, youth, and is stylized through the waxing moon. The Mother represents fertility, sexuality, fulfillment, stability, power, life, and is stylized through the full moon. The Crone represents wisdom, rest, endings, and is stylized through the waning moon.
