It is connected to digestion and metabolism, as well as the ability to act and manifest our desires and intentions in the world. It is where identity and ego are formed, as well as the power to control our destiny.

Manipura is associated with the power to experience peace and calm, morality, and prosperity. Personal power, laughter, joy, and anger are represented by Manipura. Sensitivity, ambition, and the capacity for achievement are stored in this center.
