Product return and replacement
If you change your mind
If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with the products purchased from us, you have the unconditional right to return the products and receive a full refund for them within 30 days from the date of receipt of your order. In addition to refunding the full amount of the invoice, including transportation charges, we will also bear the costs of the return (we will not reimburse the costs of express deliveries). Please see the information below on how to return a product.
Faulty products
If the products received have defects, please contact Customer Service to organize their replacement or refund.
Non-refundable products
Products that cannot be refunded are customized or made-to-order items.

Returning an item
Please contact our Customer Services team within 30 days from receipt of the products.

If you wish to return a product free of charge, our customer service team will organize the collection of the goods. Please provide us with the pick-up day (Mo-Fri) with at least 3 days notice and a telephone number so that we can give it to the transportation company. Please note that we are unable to schedule pick-up at a specific time.
If possible, please return the items in their original packaging. If, for various reasons, you are unable to use the original packaging, please use suitable alternative packaging.
The return package including the return product ID will be picked up by the transportation company on the agreed date.

When you use this option, you will have to pay the return shipping fees. These fees will be refunded as soon as we receive the products, provided that you have informed us within the legal 14-day period that you wish to return certain products.
