Delivery and transportation costs
We currently deliver only in Romania at the costs indicated below.
We offer free shipping in most locations if the order value exceeds a certain amount. Orders below this value will incur a modest delivery charge, according to the costs shown.
If there is no other mention in the correspondence, the delivery period is between 2-3 working days from the moment of finalization of the order in case of refund or from the proof of payment by bank transfer or credit card payment, and most orders are processed and shipped within 24 - 48 hours from receipt.
Livrarile sunt realizate prin intermediul companiilor Fan Courier si prin partenerii sai regionali sau DPD, Cargus, SameDay etc.
Pentru comenzi cu o valoare mai mare de 250 lei transportu este GRATUIT iar in cazul comenzilor cu o valoare mai mica de 250 lei, se taxeaza un cost fix de transport de 19,9 lei.
We want your orders to be delivered as quickly as possible, but the delivery time depends on several factors: product availability, payment method, legal holidays and the delivery volume of the courier company.
Customers will not pay additional transportation costs if a delivery is split into several parcels for technical or logistical reasons.
In cazul in care RedOwlCraft nu poate livra produsele comandate deoarece chiar RedOwl Craft nu le are disponibile in stoc, RedOwlCraft se poate retrage din contract sau va informa imediat clientul si ii va propune un nou termen de livrare sau un produs similar. Livrarile nu includ taxe vamale in afara UE
Pentru a livra comenzile primite in mod optim, RedOwlCraft transmite adresa de e-mail si numarul de telefon al clientului (daca este oferit) catre compania de transport aferenta. Aceasta transmitere este o parte obligatorie a relatiei contractuale cu RedOwlCraft. De aceea, clientii nu au dreptul de a alege sau obiecta in acest sens.
